Jesi Taylor
Jesi V. "Rocki" Taylor (fae/they/she) is a poet, artist, archivist, torah scholar, doula, chaplain-in-training, and anti-colonial environmental scientist whose work and research centers colonized and criminalized communities. Their art is rooted in anti-ecocidal praxis and aims to inspire dialogue about dreaming, collective liberation, and being in anti-colonial relationships with our shared planetary homebody. Fae sometimes works as a waste consultant and educator on issues related to mass incarceration, waste colonialism, and critical religious studies. When she’s not creating, she’s laughing and dancing with her daughter.
