Join Our Team 

Join a team dedicated to empowering women, families, and communities impacted by incarceration. We’re excited to announce two open positions on our Long Island team — each playing a vital role in advancing our mission of justice and healing.

Live-In House Manager:

Located at our reentry home in Brentwood, NY.

Help us create a safe, supportive home for women returning from incarceration by providing daily guidance, resources and a stable environment.

This live-in position offers a private room with bathroom and rent subsidy, providing a unique opportunity to live where you lead while making a direct impact in the lives of women rebuilding after incarceration. Residential  management or similar experience required.

Full-Time Advocacy Coordinator

Based in Brentwood, NY with travel required across LI for actions and to Albany during session.

Help lead the Long Island Social Justice Action Network (LISJAN) and the CARE Coalition to drive criminal justice reform and reproductive equity across Long Island and NYS.

Organize rallies, press conferences, and advocacy days.

Build community power and engage directly impacted families.

Support and work closely with key partners, including Osborne Association, Release Aging People in Prison Campaign, Center for Community Alternatives, among others to advance the legislative priorities outlined in the Justice Roadmap.

Right now, we are mainly looking for volunteers to reach out in their communities to help us with our #ProjectDignity reentry bags and collecting back to school supplies for the children of our members.
