New Hour Mental Health Therapist
$75-90k annual salary, plus benefits
New Hour for Women & Children – LI, is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team full-time. This role will provide individual mental health therapy to formerly incarcerated and justice-impacted women and gender-expansive people navigating the complexities of reentry. The therapist will work closely with members who may be managing trauma, grief, family separation, substance use recovery, housing instability, systemic harm, and the ongoing impacts of incarceration and the criminal justice system. RMSC Reentry Programming Consultant
Consultant, 15-18 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $25
New Hour for Women & Children – LI, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reentry Programming Consultant to deliver in-jail programming and reentry engagement services to women and gender-expansive people incarcerated at the Rose M. Singer Center (RMSC) on Rikers Island. The consultant’s primary goal is to provide reentry-related skill building workshops and education to approximately 45 women and gender-expansive people in an assigned housing unit. This role is relationship-driven and requires consistent in-person presence, trauma-informed facilitation, and collaboration with in-jail service providers.
