CARE Act Advocacy Day
Join us and together we will advocate across the state with a rally and press conference to call on the NYS Legislature to pass the CARE Act. The CARE Act puts babies first by ensuring access to all necessary prenatal care for incarcerated pregnant individuals and ensuring postpartum support for mother-baby bonding.
